We are looking for true, attentive texts about neurodiversity, the autism spectrum, everyday life, sensitivity, boundaries, regulation of emotions and the courage to live in harmony with oneself.
We are interested in personal, educational and practical texts that help to better understand the experiences of neurodivergent people. You don't have to be a professional author or a professional author. The most important thing is authenticity, respect and your own voice.

The text should bring personal perspective, knowledge, reflection or practical value.

We do not publish sponsored articles, crypto advertising or texts for the sole purpose of promoting services.
Medical advice
We do not publish content that diagnoses the reader or suggests self-medication or medication changes.
Stigmatizing content
We reject texts that are offensive, violent, discriminatory or deprive neurodivergent people of their subjectivity.
AI-spam and clickbait
We do not accept mass-generated texts, content without personal input or sensational material.
What does the publication process look like?
Submit a request
Write a few words about yourself, the topic and the proposed form of the text.
We will get acquainted with the proposal
We will check whether the topic fits the profile and value of the Głos w Spektrum.
We will arrange the details
We can suggest corrections, shortening, expanding or clarifying the text.
We will publish the text
After acceptance, we will prepare the publication and determine the method of signing the author.
AUTHORSHIP AND EDITING
What happens to your text?
- Your writing remains yours and will be credited to the first name, surname or pseudonym you provide.
- You can also request anonymous publication.
- We reserve the right to edit the language, proofread and adapt the layout of the text to the page.
- Significant substantive changes are agreed with the author.
- Submitting a submission does not automatically publish it.
- We do not publish texts without the consent of the submitter.
