Terms and Conditions of the aspergerkawsieci.com Newsletter

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for subscribing to the newsletter maintained on the website aspergerkawsieci.com (hereinafter: "Newsletter"). I write quietly and calmly — without pressure and without spam.

1. Definitions and Administrator

Administrator – Agnieszka Chmiel / Voice on the Spectrum, the service manager aspergerkawsieci.com. E-mail: achmiel@aspergerkawsieci.com.

Subscriber – a person who has subscribed to the Newsletter and confirmed their subscription.

Subscription to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
During the recording, you provide at least E-mail address; name is optional.
Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription (double opt-in). No confirmation means no addition to the list.
The subscription is intended for adults; younger people ask for the consent of the guardian.

3. Shipping Scope and Frequency

The newsletter includes m.in: Early access to texts, About new posts and Monthly Tender Letter with practices of the month.
Frequency: Usually when publishing a new entry and/or once a month (letter). Occasionally, I may send additional messages (e.g. important announcements, new materials).

4. Cost

Subscription is free of charge. If there are paid formats in the future, it will be clearly marked and optional.

5. Cancellation and change of data

You can opt out at any time by clicking on the link "Unsubscribe" in the footer of the message or by typing on the achmiel@aspergerkawsieci.com.
You can also update the details (e.g. name/email) – write to me and I will help with the change.

6. Personal data and privacy

The Administrator of the Subscribers' data is the Administrator indicated in point 1.
I process the data (e-mail, or name) for the purpose of sending the Newsletter on the basis of Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can give your consent withdraw at any time.
Details of data processing can be found in Privacy Policy i Cookie Policy.
For shipping, I can use external solutions (e.g. WordPress/Jetpack modules) that process data according to their own policies.

7. Terms of Use

Please give real data and not sharing subscriptions with third parties.
The messages are not medical/therapeutic advice; they are informational and personal content.
I reserve the right to make changes to the formula of the Newsletter (e.g. frequency, scope of content) while respecting your rights.

8. Liability

I do my best to ensure that messages are reliable and sent on time, but I am not responsible for delays or technical issues on the part of mail providers/ISPs.
I am not responsible for the consequences of using the information from the Newsletter – you make your own decisions.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions may be changed for important reasons (e.g. changes in the law, technical tools). The current version is always available at this address. I will inform you about significant changes in a message or on the website.
