Cosmic Quarterly: A Report on the Excess of Stimuli and Emotions on the Planet EXCESS.

Planeta NADMIAR,
głowa pęka od bodźców —
kosmitka znów śpi.

It's time for a quarterly astral briefing. The report from Planet EXCESS lands in my consciousness with a slight delay (due to intergalactic traffic jams, of course) and, as usual, confirms that life on the spectrum is like a mission in the chaos zone.

On Planet EXCESS, everything is intense: sounds, colors, emotions, and endless manuals of the world that no one has read. People on Earth are constantly trying to keep up, and we aliens are watching and blinking our eyes, wondering how they do it without astral teleportation.

Quarterly report:

Stimuli: still in excess. My sensory filters have a "tsunami mode" update — useful in stores, on buses, and at family gatherings.

Small talk: People still say that "it's nice". For an alien, it's a kind of torture with the option of additional psychological pain.

Emotions: in Earthlings, they appear in waves, irregularly and without instructions for use. They surprise us suddenly, like meteorites falling into orbit.

Rituals and order: The planet EXCESS still prefers chaos pretending to be spontaneous. We try to maintain our astral mini-order, which does not always work.

Conclusions from the briefing:

Adaptation: Our ability to survive in this excess is a superpower, although sometimes it requires short astral returns for regeneration.

Distance: laughter and self-irony save lives — there is nothing more effective than looking at the chaos With a Wink.

Contacts with people: still require instruction, patience, and telepathic matching of waves.

To sum up:

The planet EXCESS is not changing very quickly. Humans and stimuli are still intensely present, and we, the aliens on the spectrum, have to balance between adaptation and regeneration.

But you know what? It's also a fascinating place. Although sometimes I need to teleport to my own astral cabin and a cup of calm coffee to survive another round of chaos.

CDN... because a quarterly briefing always has at least a few surprises up its sleeve.
